       On the third week I got five classes. Monday I got two periods in 8 J. Third and sixth period. I completed two more lessons with appropriate teaching aids. Tuesday I am free. I took some substitution class .Again Wednesday I got two periods in 8J. Thursday again I got a period in 8 J .i complete my 13th lesson plan in this hour. Through this lesson plan I complete the second chapter (Equations).

           On the second week, there is one strike. There was no class in the school. Because of that I was able to complete only four lesson plans. Monday I have two periods in 8 J (third period and sixth period) so I complete the sections addition and subtraction& multiplication and division and started the new section Algebraic method. Tuesday I am free so l took some substitution classes. Wednesday I have two periods in  8 J. On the fourth period I conduct a test paper (questions from the first two sections of the chapter EQUATIONS). On the last period I teach one more lesson and gave back the corrected answer sheet. Students feel happy. Thursday I teach different problems related to the Algebraic method.

           Every day we try to maintain the discipline in our school.  I feel happy in this new role.

FIRST WEEK AT ST. GORETTI H.S.S. PUNALUR

The first phase of our teaching practice began on third July 2017.At the end of this week I can say that it was really a great experience. I usually reach the school by 9 am. The school management has arranged a room for us to sit. The room is enough for us. We are very happy there.

            
My supervising teacher is Mrs. Femina, who is very supportive. And my class is 8 J. There are 33 students in the class. I love them all. I would like to do many things in order to help them to develop an interest in Mathematics. But with a limited time l have to finish the portion for the Onam exam. I will try my best to do all that I can, for my lovely students……
